EZIA Benchmark Exercises are the basic movements in the EZIA ESP Program.

  • Endurance: 1,000 Meter Row, Yo-Yo Test, 300 Yard Shuttle Run, Sit-Up

  • Strength: Push-Up, Pull-Up, Back Squat, Bench Press

  • Power: Hexagon, Vertical Jump, Pro-Agility, Power Clean  

2. Test yourself at home or the gym & film yourself completing any exercise
