Fitness tests include: blood pressure, body composition, % body water, postural analysis, overhead squat, lunge, shoulder mobility, core strength and stability, hamstring and hip flexibility, ankle stability, gait analysis, maximum stress test, heart rate resting-maximum and zones, VO2MAX, speed over 40 yards, power in a vertical jump, agility 3 cone drill, push-up and pull-up strength and more….
