Group X-Training

X-Training is a full-body training session designed to push your limits using athletic based skills and drills combined with functional strength training to improve total body composition and functional ability. It is geared towards active lifestyles and uses a variety of tools including free weights, cable systems, medicine balls, rubber bands and balance objects.  It’s a ton of fun and is appropriate for all ages and ability levels. Group X-Training is designed to supplement Private Coaching.

•    $180 a month unlimited X-Training
•    $150 a month with annual commitment
•    $150 10-pass card
•    $20 drop-in
