EZIA X-Train

A full-body training session designed to push your limits using athletic based skills and drills combined with functional strength lifts to improve total body composition and functional ability. This session is geared towards active lifestyles and uses a variety of tools including free weights, cable systems, medicine balls, rubber bands and balance objects. 60 min.

RERIP Surf X-Train

Get RIPPED on Wednesdays with ReRIP’s surf-based workout at 5:30pm. $10 total for the first two classes. Class is Free every time you bring a paying friend and you receive 2 free classes if you donate an old board! 60 min.

EZIA BEACH X-Train

This dynamic training session is a great way to get your day started! To good to be contained indoors, we kick up sand at Moonlight Beach 3 days a week for some down good fun functional training! Come see why people rave about an EZIA beach session! 60 min.

E-Centric Stretch

Come experience the revolution of E-Centric Strength with a whole-body workout that will improve joint function, re-establish good posture, alleviate chronic pain and rehabilitate injuries. This class is for all levels of athletic and physical abilities. Come get your mash on! 60 min.

Shake Your Booty Camp

This hip-hop cardio based class uses beginner dance moves to get your body warmed up for a booty kicking workout! A combination of strength and power exercises are combined in a 25 minute circuit to build muscular endurance and performance. This class will leave you sweaty, stronger and a better dancer in just one hour!

Justice in Motion Beach X-Train

Jeans 4 Justice and EZIA have teamed up to support those who are training for races in conjunction with the Justice in Motion campaign. You have never worked so hard without any equipment, but chances are you’ll be distracted by your surroundings. Weeks 1 and 3 of each month will be at Cardiff reef, out in front of Charlie’s restaurant. Weeks 2 and 4 will be at Swami’s, on the lawn… Each class will be followed by a Monster Mash, you’ll have to come to see what that is! 90 min

EZIA Ironman

Swim – Bike – Run Triathlon Training Get superfit with personally-coached triathlon training. 1 1/2 hour transition workouts with built-in periodization, from base to threshold, will take you notches above your current fitness. All levels are welcome! 90 min.
