Train like you ride… So here what I am doing is a bent over row while squeezing a yoga block in between my knees, just like when I pinch the seat when I ride (there are several different sizes but this one is about KTM seat width). In the second pic Im using the “thara” band around my knees forcing me to apply pressure out, because we want to build balanced body’s and keep muscle length tension ratios where they should be…
