Amika is an athlete, coach, and world traveler with a lifelong dedication to dirt and sweat. She is an avid backpacker, rock climber, SCUBA diver, and competitive swimmer. Her interest in the world led her to live and travel throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East. Her life’s passion is seeded in strengthening the bond between human and horse. Amika brings more than fifteen years of experience as an equestrian athlete and leads the fitness industry in creating conditioning programs for the equestrian athlete. She believes that the horse’s greatest gift is synergy nurtured by specialized training of the rider’s body and mind. She earned her Masters Degree in Hospitality Management & Marketing from Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and graduated at the top of her class at Apollo College with her certificate in fitness training. Her coaching credential as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist was awarded by the NSCA in 2009.

Amika is great. I am a professional detailer and started having problems with my right elbow in January. After seeing a few other people to solve my problem, I finally found myself at Amika’s gym. After going over some stretches and strengthening exercises, my elbow feels much better now. Thanks Amika.
